First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

He is no way violated the constitution.   Feel free to spell out the constitutional violations.   

 

There is a reason this nobody judge from a terrible law school ruled....  all the other quality judges with top flight education didn't want to touch this with a ten foot pole and look stupid.

Laws are made based on moral understandings of what is right and wrong, aka "feelings". The world is not as black and white as you would like it to be.

I have already done this. It is against for example the rights to due process. This is what the judges found. I believe the knowledge of law of a federal judge trumps yours...

When laws are made based off feelings and making sure people feel good.   This is where we often get unjust laws.    

 

Trumps immigration plan is simple.   Enforce the laws and have extreme vetting from danger areas of the world.   Right now it's Muslim countries so it affects them.    

 

Back in the 80's it would have been the Irish and the Russians.  

 

40's it would have been the muslims, Germans, and Japanese.   

 

And so on.....   

 

just because it seems the policy affect only one group now doesn't make it bad.  If you put the laws up over the rest of time then it only affects people coming from areas of concern.   

 

This is why it dishonest for us to look at this from any other point of view than factual and without feeling or emotion.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Trump didn't get rid of due process.   He is merely asking them more questions and trying to figure out what they were doing.    

 

If if they did nothing shady then they have nothing to worry about.... and if they did then we should elevate their case.   

 

As for the judges....    the original one got her law degree at Moritz college.   Not exactly one the elites.

Don't think an issue as big as this can be dealt with cold objectivity. Anything involving a human being will have emotional variables in it much less immigration laws which affecting many people and families. As a president, he should've taken these "snowflakes variables" under considerations.
