There was a person who posted that they had an interview date in India within about 30 days of their cc.  So hopefully yours will be the same.

I was told by NVC that it is a good that I have an interview expedite for Ho Chi Minh City.  They said that for regular interview dates they are notoriously slow and could have been up to a 3 month wait for  an interview.

Should be an Expedite for India too.. otherwise the person might have got stuck with his i130... most of it is schedules according to priority dates...

 

That's actually good, that you chose the embassy to expedite! the whole process worked well for you! :)

As others have reported after a case is complete, below is what you will see when you check your status online.   It will say At NVC.
When you check the other site, After Applicant Information, it will no longer say paid and will be blank.
I also noticed that even if you have a case complete, the website will not be updated until after midnight.

Scan date march 28, i called this morning same news it takes 11 weeks to review... :huh: tuesday will be 10 weeks cross fingers next week cc and no checklist
