Hello everyone, with great relief I would like to announce today our case is complete !!! 

 

Checklist scan date: march 27th

case complete: June 1 !!!

checked status on visa status, changed to "at nvc" called and confirmed ! Waiting for interview at Montreal embassy 

 

thank you to everyone here, the journey has been very long and I learned so much from everyone here. Everyone is so supportive and helpful. I pray for everyone to be checklist free and cc quickly !

We're going to contact our embassy to see if we can get an earlier interview date just because I've heard that our embassy does have the availability. But when the NVC schedules the interview, I think they typically look 4 weeks out automatically. So we'll see!

Because of my career (I have to stay calm doing it) I get to see my wife every month. So unlike others who have to be apart from their loved ones for an ordinate amount of time I am fortunate enough to see her.

Its not right that so many of you have to endure such a long period apart from your loved ones.

And how long did it take you to receive the CC email from NVC?

@Clary I had read on this forum that reps connect you to the Supervisor if you call them as soon as the NVC is open or it's closing time. Anybody with more info, please share.
