Hey guys, just got this just in from the USCIS tracker app...

 

country is Philippines

NOA1 received date is May 17th

case was approved

ROC Filing:

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken

I don't have a NOA2 yet. You are the only one i know that been through the whole RFE experience ending with a NOA2.

That makes things more frustrating lol, not even having a general timeline that you could refer to and hope you'll get approved. :( 

And with how insanely slow things are getting with USCIS, I'm afraid that our RFE might take months to be reviewed :(

They are more confused about their own process than we are about their process.:dead:

Like I suggested last night, they should let us adjudicate our own petitions. I am quite confident we will be quicker and more efficient. I mean...all we want to do is help, right? :D

You should definitely call USCIS and ask about it. It could just be a mistake, especially after their update system messed up so badly.

What is the approval date on NOA2, what is the RFE date online? 

Verify NOA2 letter has your correct case #.
