Received date is May 8th 

Country is Brazil 

ROC Filing:

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken

My senator reached out to USCIS on my behalf they got answer from USCIS --- "The California Service Center is processing cases of this form type that were received on or before March 01, 2017."  

 

hahaha go figure not even April 1st as their website shows, but March :lol::lol:

It's me! I just got a message to check my status while I was buying groceries after work. Can't believe it. Such a relief.... Called my fiancé in the middle of the night (in Russia) but he was not sleeping. Like he knew....
