Love the good vibes in your message. I've been seeing quite a bit of bitterness lately around VJ and that somehow gets too me. Patient and positivity are the key here. Some people is better at that than others, same than some get luckier than others... and that's no one's fault.

I keep thinking we won't start seeing real movement for us until second week of July. Apart from having 4th of July coming, there's still a lot of March people waiting for their NOA2. Not to mention that was the month (March, I mean) with the highest number of petitions so far. Plus now that we have to wait for the magic letter (yay, feels like Hogwarts! :P) in the mailbox, good news take longer to arrive... But yep, I kind of like snail mail, and not only because it makes the wait for the next step look shorter :)

So yep... One day more, one day less... One day closer ;)

LOL, every time I read something that you have posted I enjoy it.  You have a great way of putting things.  I was never a Harry Potter fan and did not watch any of the movies or read the books, but even I understand what you are saying with your comment.  I really hate the waiting that we all have to go through and am extremely jealous of those that have gotten there NOA2 already (even though I am happy for them), but great things are not easy.  If it was easy, then everyone would do it.  We are doing this for love, on both sides of the Visa, Petitioner and Beneficiary.  We are choosing each other and want to be together.  Please Mr. Postman, deliver to me!

So, as you say... One day more, one day less... One day closer

Well, you are allowed to be selfish in this process, as well as hopeful... As long as you remain patient and respectful if things don't go as you wish ;)

And hey! Given your received date is the first possible one for April, it would also make sense! And though it might seem otherwise, I'm the most sensible person in the world and love my logic too :P

Lol, you are so ahead of us. It's barely past noon here in Spain, and I'm 8 hours ahead of my fiancé, so almost the whole day ahead in the US for July to come :)

But I completely understand your enthusiasm since I feel the same way, though building up patience for the waiting, just in case. It's day 80 for us (85 since received date) and things are starting to seem more real than ever. Thinking it could be our time in a couple of weeks, it's thrilling.

We also signed for the Informed Delivery service, and put my email address there so I can have first hand information... works perfectly for us, since Gary is so bad at checking his email as he is as checking his mailbox :P

PS: Sorry, I don't pray... but I'll still have all of you on my thoughts

My fiancee struggles with a 6 hour time difference! I can't imagine 13. I start receiving messages from her at 3 am. Fortunately for me I'm an early riser. Not 3 am early but I'm up every morning at 4. I'm hoping that adaption to the time difference will take her less time because as it is right now we're fairly synced up.

And another late Happy Birthday! Like me, I'm sure you're looking forward to sharing the rest of them with a certain someone.

Hi everyone!  Just reading through all the new comments about changing the page on the calendar and being excited about it becoming July.  I thought it was just me but apparently not!  Normally I won't wish away my summer because I love it so much, but this year is the exception to the rule!

Haha. Funny enough I like July, generally speaking, but not August... and I'm always looking forward to September. Maybe because that's when I usually start working at my seasonal job at a Film Festival (well, not sure about this year).

So it fits me the way things are supposed to work, looking forward to July but wishing for the summer to be over if everything goes according to plan... though who knows :P
