Hello everyone!

Update : so my Andrew called uscis today to check about out case if it was sent out to NVC - so they said yea it was on the 12th currently in Transit and they said call back on friday or nextweek.

But I am hard headed and I'm sick of uscis indefinite information so I called NVC they already got it. Ask me to call back maybe tommorow or the next day for my case number.

Quick question. Does NVC initialize a background check for beneficiary or it depends?

Yeah pretty much, however I have no idea how long a Notarized letter can take. I emailed the office that does it so hopefully I'll find out by tomorrow. That office is a distance aways too. Luckily this island is very tiny. Lol.

Been a bit quiet the past couple weeks stressing about interviews/medical etc.

Had my interview at 1pm today London embassy and was approved!!! So happy, ready for the next stage of the journey.

Hi mate .. I was also at the embassy on Friday, my appointment was at 12:30 ^_^

I see my status on the CEAC website now says, "Application Received" last updated today (18 Sept)

Let me know how long yours take to be issued. I chose one of those DX pick up points near the office, so I don't have to wait for a courier at home.

Congratulations! :jest: I'm off to bed now, but tell Celia I'm very happy for you two :D

And yep, you can start calling NVC in a week if you want to try your luck, but the average for them to receive your case is more around the two weeks mark :)
