APPROVED!!!:jest:

Notice date - June 28.

In spite of being awfully sleepy at 5.30 this morning, I noticed from the very first moment that Eric was suspiciously happy, great excitement was gleaming through his usual poker face:) And then he showed me the letter!!! I was literally jumping!!! So happy and relieved right now!

My dearest March Whiners, thank you very much for being so nice and supportive!

Those who are still waiting - I do hope you are all approved very soon!

Congrats!!!:D

Ok thank you! Is there any difference if the letter is hand-written or typed, any recommendation?

I would type it and just sign at the bottom. But i don't think it makes a difference if you type it or write it by hand.

Thank you! :)

Do you know the link for the NVC stage? Is it this CEAC or how it was named?
I'm blacked out! :D

Here you go, I can't wait to be able to track it here myself :)

Thank you very much! :)
I'm so glad to be rid of the case tracker, so I need some further tracking device that can drive me nuts! :D

I'd rather suggest to type then. Less frustrating for the person who has to read it in handwriting! :)

Congratulations!!!  This took me totally by surprise because you have been so patient.  Never a complaint have I heard......

Good luck on the remainder of your journey.

PS (I'm a former Ohio resident, it's a great place to live, you're going to love it there!)

@TearsOfBabylon, not that the USCIS case tracker did any good! Basically useless unless you get an RFE.

I was glad to get rid of it, and fun fact it still says "we received your response to the RFE" for us. :)

Wow, why the long wait? I hope you get it by the end of this week!

I hope.. I'm trying to be positive.. :(( I'm starting to get a little impatient now.. I just want to do my medical already next week. ☹️ since I need to get an earlier slot for sputum smear test and culture test.. :(

where can you have it Notarized that dont cost anything?      i have asked our  town hall about it and they sy its  not  needed.. then i ask my embassy and they say i do need it .. its  ll  complicated like no one  knows what they should do

You can go to the library or the bank to get a notarized. Mostly, there is someone there that is a notary. Or contact your kids' school and ask if they have a notary there or at one of the schools in their district.

As far as the I-94, you and your children will each get one because once you crossover, the K1 visa is null and voided as it is good for only one entry. the I-94 is what you used because it will be valid for 90 days after you clear POE. For everyone of you that has a K1/K2, you should also get a I-94 for each.

ROC Filing:

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken

NVC case number, where are you? 😭 17 days now ☹️

Hang in there, sweetie!
21 days is average + there's holiday today, with people probably being off yesterday as well.
You're soooo close! :)

Hi all from Peru!!! I was trying to read through everything I missed in two days, but I know us March whiners talk so much it will take me a little while!! Quick update for us while having a down moment in a coffee shop...our packet arrived at the embassy on Mon. At the embassy here there is no packet 3 to wait for so we got to work getting things scheduled!! Interview is scheduled for 14 July!! We are working on getting medical done this week. Wow!! When they say things move fast after NOA2 it is no joke lol! Miss chatting with you all but loving my time with my fiance. Happy 4th of July to everyone in U.S. and all the future US residents!!
