In case anyone was wondering where they come up with the January 15th date... It's complete nonsense and 2+ month old data. I suggest saving yourself the headache and time of trying to contact Tier 1, because this is all they are going to tell you, and this is the same line they've been giving since April 30th.

Just for anyone curious - I'm not sure how reliable the email system is from NVC but this is a copy of the email my fiancee (petitioner) received from NVC about two weeks ago. My case still shows on the tracker site as "In Transit" though. @TearsOfBabylon

I think there was one approval today (kl_audio with a 3/28 notice date). We're 3/13 received with a 3/16 notice date, so just a couple days ahead of you, nothing so far.

Today I looked up every NOA2 for our country (Canada) this year and tomorrow our 117 day wait will tie the longest non-RFE case for Canada this year. Something's gotta happen for us March filers soon, this is ridiculous.

There's a few of us, actually. I think there's still 8 pending Canadian filters for March, all 3/11 or later.

My dates are the same as yours (3/13-3/16), but for Denmark. Tried calling USCIS today and they gave me that line about processing January 15th petitions..

I wonder what accounts for the delay. Our petition had a lot of photos and logs, because the lawyer I consulted advised us to "overwhelm the officer" with evidence, so there would be little doubt as to the relationship. Could that be why it's taking a while, with many others' later dates already approved? Too much material? I hoped it would have the opposite effect.
