Hi there, I understand your frustration. Hopefully, when USCIS update their processing timeline next month you could file the case outside of normal processing online form.

I hear the USCIS at Vermont is processing cases from December 2016. What happen to February 27th 2017? They estimate between 12 to 15.5 months on the new case processing times, fantastic, that has out me back 3 months. 😠

Hey! Thanks for replying. I called USCIS yesterday and the tier 2 officer told me my case is still in Vermont. Did you mail come from the service center or local office?

Also, did you meant that DHS upstate your status to approve but not the regular case status site?

I know for a fact DHS is updating everything more accurately than the regular site because a close friend of mine is adjusting status and he opened a DHS account and added his case numbers, 3 days ago DHS updated his work permit to approved and card mailed while the other website still says they received their case and that’s it

I know my RFE came from Vermont. I'm pretty sure that for some people the local office update is a glitch, it has to be..

Do we even know if their timeline is accurate? At this point I just don't know what's going on and they don't either. :(

Any update on their timeline is just hard to follow. People have been getting approved from Jan to April 2017 at vermont.  I'm a March 20 filer and got an RFE around March 2.

Your welcome! Our case never left VSC either even though we got that case transfer notification. Our approval letter came from VSC.

Yes we saw that we were approved on the DHS website. The USCIS website status still hasn’t changed. We’re still waiting on the green card. My husband called USCIS yesterday because he scheduled an Infopass dated for yesterday 3/21 because we mistakenly/not mistakenly?? thought he expired per the NOA date, not the GC date (although we’re hearing varying stories related to that). He had since then got approved, so he was trying to cancel it. Without the PIN that is flashed on the screen when making the Infopass, you can’t do a thing about the appointment and neither can the USCIS. They told him not to worry about it - it is what it is. So since he had the ear of the T2 at that time, he decided to ask about his GC status. She said it looked like the card was still in production, but no tracking number yet and to call back next week if we hadn’t heard anything by then. She also said even though they tell everyone typical turnaround time is a month to receive your GC, it usually only takes about 2 weeks. Hubby said he had spoken with her before and she was very nice both times.

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to let you know that USCIS just released ANOTHER platform to report the average Case Processing times.

Here it says that I-751 average processing times for CSC is 17.5 to 19 months :angry: and VSC is from 12 to 15.5 months <_<

Here is the link:  https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

I guess for my sanity and peace of mind I should just accept the fact that I won't get any reply from USCIS until September 2018.

I am a CSC filer (March 17, 2017).
