@geowrian does your files get returned to you after your interview.

Or returned at POE?

Which forms exactly? From the I-129F? Not usually...the only original forms they should have from the I-129F are the USCIS forms, letters of intent, etc. The rest should be copies. The supporting evidence taken to the interview should be returned, I believe (I don't believe they ever collect it...just look at it).

It may vary from embassy to embassy in terms of what they keep or return, though.

Was this submitted with Packet 3? I'm not entirely sure where you would have been able to submit these (although having a copy of them available for the interview in case they were lost in transit is suggested)?

My fiancé is coming home to me!!!! Is there anything he needs to know before having a short layover in Germany?  Will he run into any problems with his K1 on his short stay there? He's from Zimbabwe but has the visa in his passport and his port of entry packet packed away in his carry on.

How long does it take for the Embassy to receive your package from the NVC? We have been waiting since the 17 May. Still shows in transit on CEAC. Plus I already received the letter from the NVC saying they sent it. In the letter it says it may take several weeks to arrive in Zimbabwe?? I called the NVC and they don't have any information either... trying to be patient but it's hard :(

my fiance just sent the packet 3 email, he had to send it 3 times he sent it 3 times because the first time he put our receipt number instead of the barcode number, ans then fhe screen shot was illegible-he doesnt have a printer and the site wouldnt send the email of the confirmation to him or me so he just took a screen shot of it, are either of those going to be a problem?

how long does it take to get packet 4?
