Did anyone call USCIS and heard from a tier2 officer they got an RFE/approval? Can they see your case being worked on instead of the broken online tracking saying received? I'm checking the USPS informed delivery everyday but still nothing :(

02/08/2017- I-129F packet received

02/10/2017 -NOA1

Via informed delivary that was getting sent to my email, I can see my fiance has a letter coming from USCIS today!! I feel like flying to Texas and stalking the mailman right now.  My fiance is at work for 9 1/2 hours so he is going to get his parents to open it when it comes and I will update on whether it is an approval or an RFE (and the reason).  Received date of Feb 14.

It won't be a RFE

You would've got that info on the case checker already!

I know this is premature but congrats !! I'm happy for you xx

**Data may still be skewed.**

Feb cases touched 24-May: 31

Approved: 1

RFE: 21

RRFER: 4

Others: 5

Raw data here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B7wWQs77fPiIV2lsbnB0aUQtbk0

  Count %
Total cases approved so far 88 2%
Touched but not approved etc 503 14%
Withdrawn 16 0%
Untouched 3,105 84%
Grand total 3,712 100%

Dates touched today:

02/01/2017

02/03/2017

02/06/2017

02/08/2017

02/09/2017

02/13/2017

02/14/2017

02/15/2017

02/16/2017

02/22/2017

02/24/2017

Is it only me or does this information look rather grim? Essentially, 87.5% of all the cases touched so far have not been approved, and only resulted in RFE. Is this normal?

You have to remember that those scans are only showing RFE, most of the approvals are people who are part of this forum. There are probably hundreds of approvals that we do not know about.

Thanks! I do know that, but the funny thing is the email only had pictures for two letters, even though I received a ton of mail today, including the NOA2.

Geez!!! Can we please have any method of notification that works?? No USCIS site, no app, USCIS customer service is the pits, and the USPS scanning system isn't accurate. Annoyed and frustrated beyond belief. 107 days and counting :(
