I just saw what someone posted...that would be proof...should we try? If they have the number...rfe's are proof they are being processed right?

I think 'someone' is me. I do have April numbers, though they are not working on it yet. Still I can provide him with them if you want to give it a try.

I think you should really focus on March since that's been worked on for over a month, so probably more proof there. I know the case numbers are there too, somewhere at the start of May roughly. March people are very chatty so it could require a bit of browsing find them, but it shouldn't be that difficult if you want to try.

Hope you finally get some well deserved answers.

Keep us updated on how infopass goes.

For what it's worth, USCIS put a post on their fb page July 5th that says to 'check case status online' lol

Laughed when I saw it.

I think USCIS and the NVC can learn a few things from these people...

It's really just USCIS that's slow. Even the time it takes for NVC to receive is caused by USCIS who mails it to them slowly. Once NVC actually has the case, things go blazing fast.

Thank you.  I stopped being pessimistic when i realized it's not doing me good.  Being optimistic makes me less grouchy, is a lot lighter, and makes me happier. :):):)

I have the numbers for April if that was necessary, but I can already tell you they are not working in our month yet. There was a case randomly approved and it didn't show in the case tracker. There's also a case that shows as approved there, that has to be an expedited (24 April received date, 15 June Approved). I think come to this point, the only thing to prove they are working there would be via RFE's, since that apparently updates more often...

We have a NOA1 date of March 28 and we just got our approval (NOA2) on Wednesday via an email notification. My fiance received the hard copy NOA2 yesterday.

It was updated on the USCIS site on Wednesday as well, shows "My Case Was Approved" and then: On July 5, 2017, we approved your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), Receipt Number WAC.... We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice.
