Fresh news from Interview- my visa was approved  it went very smooth, took 2 hours in the embassy. If anyone want I can describe step by step how it was. Im so happy and relieved  now time to go home!

 Ok so I got to the embassy around 8:30. They took my phone and put it in deposit. Than I went threw security check and moved to other building. Than tnt put sticker on my pasaport and confirmation page (for pasaport delivery). They informed me that my pasaport will come to my house in 3-5days. Than I went to big waiting room where I was told to get a waiting number in one of many windows. After My number was called 2 times- first time to collect all papers that were described in packet 3, second time to get fingerprints. After all that I was told to sit and wait for interview, and I will be called by the number again. Funny thing was that the lady in first window "Knew me" from all my drama situatuion I had with rescheduling my interview  so I guess they must have fun of me back there haha cause she was smiling  than I was called by very kind consul, he lived in stare where we met at summer camp and was multipule times in same town  so we chatted a little. He sked me about our wedding date, what my fiance is doing for living, when we last seen each other, what I like in him the most, and if I am planning to work on that visa (i said no). They never asked for no financial papers other than my fiance's i-134, even though we had co sponsor. I didnt have to show no evidences of relashionship either. Everything took 2 hours  i was super stressed but it was no point to be stressed  good luck with your interviews

NVC case tracker 

so I called the NVC today and they provided me with a case number.

 

i tried the tracker "non immigrant" first and kept getting an error message- I then tried "'immigrant" and it says "at NVC" 

after a few attempts of clicking.

i called the NVC again who confirmed my LND number to be correct but added the tracke doesn't change until it leaves the NVC or start working :s im so confused - help ?

Yall,

i just went to look and see what was coming to my mail box and I'm able to report that it's a letter from USCIS!! I'm beyond excited... I won't know anything until 11am or noon CST but I'm pretty sure it's an approval because I just had checked the case tracker only for the hundredth time 2 minutes before I went to my email and my case said "received". I dreamed last week that I got an RFE and that the online tracker showed that orange highligt in my dream... it felt very real in my dream and it woke me up. I'm hoping and praying that this is the approval. I sent ample amount of evidence, bank statements, credit card statements of my purchases there, 15 or 20 photos, my birth certificate, every page of my passport, all the pages required of the I-129f packet, plane tickets, iteneriary, intent to marry letters, and things that I didn't even have to send in. Already sent a photo of it to my love and told her I think we are approved!!!! She's working so not able to respond. It's getting real 😱😉☺️

RELAX!! RFEs show up on the case tracker so you're good! It's only ALL types of approvals that don't !

My fiance is getting the letter from his employer for proof of his employment, i just want to make sure the list ive given him of stuff that needs to be on the letter is correct and i haven't missed anything.

- Company letter headed paper / Printed, signed and dated
