*Data is still skewed. Save for a few people who shared their case numbers, other cases which have already received notice of approval via snail mail are still not included in the approved tally.*

Feb cases touched 12-May: 17

02/03/2017
02/06/2017
02/07/2017
02/13/2017

Thank you for still doing this! At least with the RFEs we can kind of get an idea what dates are being worked on.  Hopefully the system will be fixed soon.

Does USCIS work on Sat and Sun ?  I see VJ says today they're processing Feb 1 cases on the Immigration timeline and Processing time.

No, they don't. The VJ timeline is just an estimate based on what people here report on when they get their NOA1 and NOA2. It estimates the average date at which they are working on cases is Feb 1 right now.

Hi everyone and congrats to all that received their NOA2!!!  Lucky you!!! That gave me so much positive energy to keep on waiting...:D

Is there also anyone from Germany here?

And /Or is here anybody who also got their NOA 1 at  2/27 and is already approved or received an RFE or is still waiting (may be also not very patient like me anymore after all that time of waiting waiting and still waiting as i do, we all do ? ;)

My Fingers are crossed for all of us

Hi everyone and Hi Alex2017,

I'm from Germany too and we have the same NOA 1 date. Where in Germany are you from and even more important where will your future US home be?

I wouldn't wish this on my worse enemy.....not seeing the one you love for months at a time and only maybe 7 days when you do....is some kinda medieval torture....its hard sometimes not to let the pent up frustration cause division....especially when theres a crappy time difference....

So true. This distance has been so hard and the waiting just adds up to even more tensions and worries. I've been feeling really agitated and frustrated with the process lately. I know the people who are working on our cases are doing or trying their best. I'm sure they are doing their job. I'm grateful. But I wish they had a way of telling people an exact fixed date where they will know of an end result. That would make things easier for many of us or at least for me. Because then I'd know okay this is when the waiting ends. But now it's like we have no information and we just wait and wait and wait. It's really frustrating. I am having the worst week of my life because of the frustration and anxiety that is caused by this waiting process. It's tough with having someone you love on the other end of the world with a long time difference and not having the opportunity to see them every day. But in the end I know all of us wouldn't want to be with any other person than the one we love who happens to be far away. I know, I would fight through this distance no matter how long it takes because I'd rather be with him than anybody else. Don't let this distance or the waiting get the best of you anyone. Let it make you two stronger. The waiting is temporary and the reward at the end of all this patience is the most lovliest thing of all. I hope this waiting ends for all of us soon. If anybody ever need me, I'll be a message away. For now let us all keep hopful and be emotionally strong. Sending love and hugs to every one. ❤

Has anyone gone to the philippines with a one way ticket?

I want to go for my fiances interview and bring them back with me once they get their visas.  Since we dont know when that will be i was thinking of buying a one way there and one way ticket to return.

Will this cause problems entering the philippines?
