Hey. I have the same situation with my wife. Fingerprint fee received Feb 9th with no change. Called last week. Said my local office still has cases from November so my time is still 4 months away before I can do anything other than wait

I'm in the same situation. It says my fingerprint fee was received Feb 6th. How do you find out what your local office is?

Just call the uscis 800 and when you talk to a human ask them where your case is

My wife filed in Feb and she got her EAD in mid May. But after that, there is no change in the status of the website. Still, says:

I am US Citizen and we filed directly, without K-1 visa.

Case Was Received

On February 21, 2017, we received your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number XXXXXXXXXXXXX, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by March 23, 2017, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

I am guessing everyone else is in the same boat as well. My field office is processing cases from Aug 6th, 2016. So, its gonna be loooooong wait :)

11/22/12 = Filed I-751 to remove conditions

11/30/12 = Got NOA1 (I-797C)

12/23/12 = Got the bio-metrics done (USCIS Status: Pending)

Waiting...

For your GC app the i-485 status is the one to watch. As for your i-130 case status you posted I expect you'll get an notice for the until the very end of your process.

As for i-485 duration in general, at your stage I don't think you can estimate the duration of the AOS with any confidence; only whether you are within stated processing times.

As for the effect of basis of spouse family member AOS filings I will provide the following opinion (rant):

I cannot find statistics that suggest the duration is different for K-1 based I-485 AOS from any other USC spouse I-485. That is from any Visa, in status or otherwise.
USC spouse (immediate family member) applications have top priority.

My opinion, informed by USCIS website, 3rd party forums and data. Do your homework :-)

Our Card arrived today! Praise God :) How is your process going?

We finally got my husband's EAD card on Friday.  It arrived 59 days after getting the approval notice. 137 days from filing date.  It took multiple phone calls which resulted in being told to wait, a service request, and finally an expedite on the service request.  There was no explanation as to why it took so long to arrive.

I ask them to change the expiration date since it was over 2 months late and they didn't 😡

I noticed that they put the May expiration date for us too.  Hopefully we will all have the green cards by then though.  The last officer I spoke to said that in our case we should expect an interview sometime in September.

It's something to do with Men aged 18-25. Like if War breaks out they can force you to go to war or something like that.

In theory applies to US citizens and PR....

I called USCIS to see if I could get any updates on my case, as they received it February 14 and my last status update was February 17 (Fingerprint Fee Received). The lady I spoke with was extremely nice. At this time my case is still at the NBC and it does not look like I will be getting an interview. She said that if that changes and I do get an interview my local office is Dover, Delaware and they do not provide any processing times.

She told me to call back in three weeks (once it has been six months) and they will put in a status request, at which point I should get more information and she said if my case has been moved on to Dover I can request a processing time estimate. However, she did say there is nothing on my case so far that would make me require an interview.

It wasn't much of an update, but at least I know where my case is! Hopefully we all start to hear more soon! I hope everyone is having a great summer!
