Curious to hear some opinions on this.  When it comes to evidence of relationship for the interview, I have all kinds of hotel receipts, gift receipts, and an engagement ring receipt.  Do they want all these original receipts?  I'd prefer to make photo copies but I don't know if they CO's at interviews want all original documents of everything?

if you have both I would just make copies but also bring the originals, better cover your basis. Honestly from reading on their website, it doesn't seem like they really care about originals or not, especially when it comes to evidences: https://www.uscis.gov/forms/file-my-application-online-e-filing/how-do-i-know-if-i-need-original-documents

I'm the same - it's been there for a week now and still showing as 'At NVC'. I'm really hoping they ship it to London today, before the long weekend. Yours too!

Mine never changed, as long as you have the case number , pending on your country you could set up your appointment and take your medical.

2 months seems like an extremely long time for culture results. Does it really take 2 months to grow some bacteria? Hang in there.

Unfortunately it appears that it is really slow to grow and we just need to be patient and hope for the best

For sputum cultures, the sputum is added to a special surface in a laboratory, under circumstances that will encourage the TB bacterium to grow. Lab technicians then check whether or not the bacterium grows. Because TB bacteria grow very slowly, this often takes 3 or 4 weeks, sometimes even more. If there are TB bacteria in the sputum, then they will start growing in round clusters, and the culture is deemed positive. A positive culture is proof for an infection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis, so it is proof that somebody has active TB.

I didn't try scheduling right after I paid so I wouldn't know if one can schedule right away. But yeah, this is just for the Philippines. :D

just want to ask for the fiancee beneficiary who undergo medical exam if they do FASTING before they go medical thanks in advance

There's no need. In fact, it is advised to go there with a full stomach as you are not allowed to eat inside.

You have to be there very early if you want to complete everything in a day, or go on a Friday since there's waaay fewer people (no kids). Good luck!

I just rescheduled my interview to July 12 at 6:40 am (from July 20 at 7:10 am) since my fiance wants me to go to the US on July 30. I have my psych evaluation on July 5... Hopefully, I can get the results by July 10 and get vaccinated the same day. I can't afford anymore delays. Need luck on my side. Hooh, getting super close!

I hope everyone is having a nice weekend! To those still waiting for updates, hang in there! I wish you all the best. :)

Anyone else being told the system in d.c. is down and embassies are not able to print visas now? This is what we were told at the interview. We were approved. But the system glitch disallowed them to print any visas. Do ask so you can arrange travel accordingly.
