We are at May 23, 2017

Congrats! Our response was received May 9th, so I wonder if we're already approved as well. Only problem is that my fiance can't call as he barely has time. Too busy with work and school. Seriously, he can only sleep a maximum of 4 hours everyday. :(

Anyway, I hope we've been approved as well. Maybe my fiance will get our NOA2 in the mail next week. Really wish we could call though. I'll try to ask him later. :/

Thank you.

You could always call yourself, if your fiancee is pressed for time? One solution might be to load your Skype account with 10 $/£/€ worth of call credit and then then you can make regular voice calls to anywhere in the world!

Hoping you get an approval soon, as they're responding to an RFE like you say they may well have approved you already!

hi - i am not sure i totally understand the logic of "( May 23, 2017 minus March 31, 2017 is 53 days )". The date March 31, 2017 is just the date they updated this table and has no correlation to the actual dates they are processing imho. the dec 15, 2016 date just means they have no more untouched cases older than dec 15.

Well, i check this table once a week and they recently updated it ( im not sure when but it was this week ) So the date " March 31, 2017 " is not when they update the table.. It stated there that the " Processing cases as of Dates: " is December 15, 2016 under I-129F (K1 Visa). If you read closely, you just have to add and subtract, well I hope it's that simple, but then again, it's just my own opinion. I wonder what's going on over there. ( January 23 2017 filer here )

Yep, they updated it yesterday and your maths make sense and reflect the average situation in them processing petitions. They are mostly working on mid February ones right now.

However, you'll still get the same answer from them: "We are processing December, blah blah blah". What that date basically means is all cases before that day should have been resolved by now so, if not, people can start an inquiry and get real answers.

You can always try and call and ask for a tier 2 officer to get answers, but no guarantee.

I also got mine today. I called in the morning and they hadn't received it. But tested my luck in the afternoon and was given my case number 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼. Good luck to everyone else that's playing this waiting game.

After how many days they gave you the case number? :)

You know that you can call yourself? My fiancé is the petitioner, I am the beneficiary. I have called our congress office, I have called USCIS and I am the one calling NVC as well. Never had any issues, I know the answers to the questions ;)

I do, of course. It's just really expensive to call them where I'm from. I did talk to my fiance and he said he'll try calling tomorrow before school, but if he can't then I'll get me some Skype credits like @glmg21 suggested. Thank you. :D

Hello,I am Feb filter. May I know how can we reach a tier 2 officer by phone? My fiance tried to call them twice, but they didn't allow us to talk to tier 2 officer. Our received date was 8 Feb. But we are still waiting for NOA2. we are really worry about our case is processing or not. We planed to have wedding on Nov. Now we really worry we can not make it on time.

It was my understanding you only had to ask for one of them while calling, but I guess it depends on how lucky you are with the person answering your call. Sorry to hear you are having trouble with that and your approval is taking that long. Best of lucks!
