Hey everyone!! Congrats to all the cc complete and interviews scheduled very happy for all.

My 6 weeks is complete and I called on 30th November to check if my case completed and I am so sad they didn't even touch my case the lady said they are backed up and she put me in supervisor review ?? !! Another 6 weeks. I want to know how long it take from them to complete? This is a very long and painful journey!!! ?

My scan date- 20th October

We had our case complete on the 17th November and rang up yesterday and got our interview date on the 5th January. Medical 2 weeks today on the 14th December!

Hang in there... being put on supervisor review is not a bad thing. Our scan date so OCT 14 was 6th was November 25 and put on the supervisor review the same day. We got our cc November 30 3 days being in the supervisor review. Ithe shouldnt be that long, but still in a case to case basis.

Uae here also, we also went into supervisor review because they didn't have the template for our marriage certificate (Christian marriage, not Sharia) it took them 7 days to approve it!

April 4th noa2

NVC

Received case April 22

June 20th CASE COMPLETE?

Interview date: waited 160 days, January 3 ... APPROVED! VISA COLLECTED JANUARY 5

My hubbys interview is this Wednesday! How long till they send his case to Vienna?? He got his interview last Monday...I already revised the interview email but the case still says it's at nvc...when will they send it?? They told me it can take up to a week and today is a week

I'm so over NVC!!

-July 2015- my cousin from Romania introduced us via facebook(he is from Romania, moved to Austria 5 years ago, my fam is from Romania)

-September 2015-first time meeting in person

-December 2015-went to meet his fam in Austria, got engaged

-February 12 2016-had my civil marriage in Austria, my parents went with me

-April 2016- went to spend my birthday with him in Austria/Romania

-September 2016- went to Romania together for one month

Hi all. Please help! I filed 2 petitions - one for my husband and one for my 18-month old baby. My husband's case is complete and the interview is scheduled for December 30th. So far so good. But i got a checklist for my son saying i needed to submit I-864W instead of I-864 and it is stated in the letter "do not submit the correct form to NVC, instead bring it to the interview", so I prepared the form for the embassy. A week before I got this checklist I called NVC and the agent told me my son and husband will have the same interview together. Today I decided to call NVC and check if after all I should get a separate interview letter for my son or my husband's enough. They told me they are still waiting on form I-864!!! I want to cry. Do you know how can I ask the embassy to expedite my son's case and is it possible to make it for December 30th?

I meant his medical! Wow I was tired today lol his medical is on Wednesday but his interview is janurau 10!!

I dont know how I am feeling anymore. Since I was told that my TB test will take 6-8 weeks for them to have my results and they told me to attend my interview on actual date, its just really funny. I called the Doctor's office few minutes ago and they told me that they sent the results to the embassy which is even more funny. Hmmmmm!!!!! A day after JFH is our interview in South Africa, Dec 8th.

I dont really expect anything beside Administrative Process for PENDING MEDICAL RESULTS, all I know is that I wont be home for Christmas but surely for our 3rd anniversary :yes: .

All the best to our friend JFH today. Everything will be okay and they will seal up the 2016 year with their reunion.
