    Hello I just saw your post. My mother’s interview is also scheduled for September. I was confused about the same thing. But if everything is already uploaded on ceac you don’t need to upload it again. I have filed for green card for my mom. Do we have to register in the www.ustraveldocs.np? Also if we have to what address do we have to write on the address for the passport to be sent. Doesn’t the address is given by the embassy? Please let me know if you have any idea because I am so confused. Thank you.

    Of course I864 is an important documents. The income depends on the house hold size.

    Hi I am also collecting documents for my mother and trying to submit this week. Basically NVC will give you the case no. And all the steps to follow. You will need to pay the fees for AOS and IV before uploading the documents. In the meantime you can fill up the form I 864 , get tax transcripts etc .

    Thank you for the reply. I am seeing the post getting RFE for the wet ink signature and electronic typed date. So was little worried about it. I might just hand print the signature and date.

    Hi I am trying to fill the i1864 but stuck in date and signature part. I have seen some posts saying they got RFE for having the signature with wet ink and date printed. Do we have to write with pen both signature and date? Or we have to sign with pen and date can be typed. I don’t know if I am confused or over worried. Any advice are appreciated. Thank you .

    Hello everyone, if someone can answer my questions it will be really helpful. I paid the fees for both AOS and IV but forgot to choose an agent and now I am not able to open the tab to choose agent. Any suggestions?? Also as a petitioner am I allowed to file DS 260 for my mother since she will not be able to do it herself . Please 🙏 help. Thank You.

    Hi Congratulations for your mom's approval. I have a question . Did you chose an agent or fill up form Ds-261 before paying fees. I paid the fees but forgot to choose an agent and now I am not able to open the tab to choose agent. Any suggestions?? Thank You.

    Hi just an update, I had filed for my mother on 4/4/22 .I received the notification that it was approved and sent to nvc 2 days ago. And just received the email from nvc with case no. Hope everyone journey be smooth and successful.
