We had our case complete on the 17th November and rang up yesterday and got our interview date on the 5th January. Medical 2 weeks today on the 14th December!

DS-160 is for non-immigrant visas. Are you sure you have selected immigrant visa when you signed up?

I should probably posting this to the Waivers or Denial page but since I am quite familiar with all of you guys, just wanted to ask about my 221g requirements. It says financial evidence from petitioner/joint sponsor, the CO mention W2 and Tax return  2016 but the thing is the earliest E-filing is Jan 23. should I wait until that to submit evidence or the W2 should be enough to start this waiting game after submission?

Yep, the interview letter came one week to the day after CC.

Hello guys. Today i recieved my instructions and interiew letter from NVC. I wanted to in documents to carry in AOS docs 

1) do i need to get a copy of i864 from my wife and her parents who are co sponsers with signed copy again.

2) also as the interview is in new year do i have to submit new w2 and tax transcript for the year 2016.

 

please let me know.  Thanks

Hello everyone.                                           I don't know if anyone have had this before. My case got complete on the 23rd received the interview letter on December 31st in the Middle of the night but never received the case complete letter. Is it normal or not? Thank you

This is what happened to me. I never did receive a case complete notification, but I've received plenty of correspondence about the interview, and the case has been transferred to the embassy, so I don't think it's anything to worry about.
