Why is NHS being a pain about letting Jon get his MMR shot for free... they give it free to kids and the elderly... AGEISM!!! AGEISM!!!!

I haven't even looked at Facebook because I knew it would be a lot of online bullying, which apparently is okay if it's related to politics, but not okay in any other form.... I am sad to see it has spilled over into the forums a bit as well. >< Just a reality check people, this only adds to the divisiveness of the country... you aren't helping and doesn't align with what she wanted anyway...

Trainer challenged me to doing triceps dips throughout the day... 3 sets of many to help me tone my triceps before the wedding since it's a problem area for me and one of my goals is to do a triceps push up. One set complete! 2 more to go O.O

I found it in the garage.

Romex wire is actually a low grade wire for an electrical circuit. In NYC, code requires armored cable, known as "bx". But this is a short run, so, I'm using it.

And, tricep push up pic now...

Im tired of people acting like its super easy to move to Canada. Even my husband thinks it is. Yeah cause we're married dips***. No the average joe cant just *poof* get a visa. I'm sure the CBSA are being more strict right now.

Trainer challenged me to doing Manyceps dips throughout the day... Many sets of many to help me tone my Manyceps before the wedding since it's a problem area for me and one of my goals is to do a Manyceps push up.
