I think you will get a new P4 letter at least what I heard

Ok, I hope that's the case. I guess I'll just have to remember to ask the embassy when I call to reschedule the interview, just to be sure. Thanks, Bosna!

Please let me know what you hear from NVC. Our case complete was June 10th and we are also still waiting to hear from Nairobi about an interview too.

Starting the process over again for our daughter (IR2):

4/5/16 NOA2!

4/22/16 Received NVC Case and Invoice Numbers

4/22/16 Submitted DS-261

4/22/16 Invoice for AOS Received. Paid AOS Fee

Hi everyone, I have been following along for a while now. Finally made an account. Our case was expedited very quickly at the nvc stage and niw is already at the islamabad, pakistan embassy. Got NOA2 on july 6, got nvc case number july 28 and case arrived at embassy august 5. Now waiting for the interview date. Does anyone know when the interview date is to be, most likely??

Ohhh boiiii...what's going on with Nvc?

If you're worried about scheduling your medical you can without the letter, as long as you know your date. I got my letter 3 days after getting my date but that was end of June.

Cateogory: CR1

  • NOA1/Notice of receipt: Sept. 15, 2015
  • NOA2/I130 Approved: February 8, 2016 (NO RFE) :)
  • Process slowed down by us
  • Sent documents to NVC: April 11, 2016
  • Scan date: April 14/ May 7th (NVC said both I dont know why)
  • Case Complete: May 31, 2016 (No checklist) :dancing:

August 17, 2016: Visa Approved!!!! :dancing:

A tax schedule is a form the IRS requires you to prepare in addition to your tax return when you have certain types of income or deductions. These commonly include things like significant amounts of interest income, mortgage interest or charitable contributions. So pretty much the 2015 1040. Edited by MrsBurgz

are you in Nairobi Kenya?

My stepdaughter is in Uganda but all Ugandans have their interviews at the Nairobi embassy as Uganda does not process immigrant visas at the embassy there. When my husband immigrated years ago it didn't take this long to be issued an interview date so they must have gotten really busy in the past few years.

2013 began CR1 process
