Same here case complete 8/1/16, received email today. Does the priority date have anything to do with the order of interviews being scheduled?

Our CR-1 Visa Journey

USCIS Process:

Sent I-130 (via USPS): February 12, 2016

NOA1 hardcopy received: February 16, 2016

NOA2 hard copy received: May 06, 2016

Petition sent to NVC text & email: May 12, 2016

NVC Received I-130: May 16, 2016

Case number and IIN Assigned: June 2, 2016

Choice of Agent (DS-261) completed: June 2, 2016

AOS Fee Invoiced: June 2, 2016

Pay AOS Fee: June 2, 2016

DS-261 reviewed over the phone: June 3, 2016

IV Fee Invoiced: June 6, 2016

Pay IV Fee : June 6, 2016

IV application (DS-260) completed: June 7, 2016

Sent AOS & IV packets (via USPS Priority): June 27, 2016

Scan date: June 29, 2016

CC: July 30, 2016

Interview: November 8, 2016

Interview Result: 221g form - AP

Same here case complete 8/1/16, received email today. Does the priority date have anything to do with the order of interviews being scheduled?

Not sure about it. But the email does say that NVC usually schedule interview on first in - first out manner.

    6/7/2016 Didn’t get case number so case went to supervisor look *****(new time frame is 2 weeks to get your case and invoice number form NVC.)

    6/9/2016 Case Number and Invoice number received

    6/10/2016 Form DS-261 Received

    6/10/2016 Form DS-261 Sent

    6/14/2016 AOS BILL INVOICED

    6/14/2016 AOS BILL PAID

    6/16/2016 IV BILL Assigned

    6/17/2016 IV BILL PAID

    6/17/2016 IV and AOS packet arrived at NVC

Finally got the interview letter!!!

hey got my interview appointment letter email this morning. It was so surprising becausebi thought i would have been in the august interview Bach. But no i got a date for September 15. Oh boy wat a feel. Good is good.

I got my cc email and interview date at the same day.

Hey, try calling Nvc. I called Nvc and asked if they still have interview dates available.

Thanks! I will call them later today and see what happens.

We Called NVC today

They Gave us interview Date 18 Sept

But we did not get the letter yet , the lady said that they will send us notification for it

Scan date 6 July

CC date 3 August

Interview Date 18 September
