09-24-19 Attended Naturalization Oat Ceremony, My wife is now an U.S. Citizen!

 

I-130 Wife filing for her parents.

09-25-19 I-130 for both her parents sent to Phoenix Lock Box.

10--04-10 NOA1 Received from Texas Service Center, priority date: 09-27-19

04-13-20 NOA2 received from USCIS for her mom. 04-14-20 NVC Welcome email received for her mom.

06-08-20 NOA2 received from USCIS for her father. 06-09-20 NVC email received for her father.

08/2020 Case completed at NVC, now just waiting for their interviews in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.
07/2021 Received appointment to attend interview in Ciudad Juarez.
08/23/2021 First interview to basically drop off all the civil documents as requested, they waited about 3 hours.
08/24/2021 Second interview - This is the real interview with a State Dept Agent.  They waited for about 3 hours again before called in. Interview lasted about 5 minute.  -- approved!
10/09/2021 POE: California - Welcome to the USA.

10/09/2021 Paid for Green Card.

12/12/2021 Still waiting for GC's & SS#

IR-1 here, spouse is from Colombia

POE: 10/10/21 (Atlanta) where we were told her SSN would arrive within 2 weeks and the Green Card within 90 days. No SSN after 2 weeks, so we went to the Social Security office (they advised they had zero info about my wife's case). Thankfully, they were able to get that sorted and we received her SSN about 2 weeks after that. Green Card was paid for on 08/30/21 (before POE). Today we received notification that the Green Card is finally being produced (01/06/22, day 85 of 90)

Card in production: 01/06/2022 (82 days since entry; did not receive an e-mail or text notification)

Card received in the mail: 01/13/2022 (this was priority mail with a tracking number, but we of course didn't know the number - seems for USCIS use)

 

Fingers crossed for all those still waiting!

Hello Guys, 

Please  I need your advice, I'm as following :

PAID THE FEE: August 04, 2021

POE : JFK SEPT 16, 2021

Since August 04 until today its stuck on "   Immigrant Visa Fee Payment Received" , I made two Service Request and they answered the 2nd one to wait another 90 days to receive the GC or to receive additional information on my case. 

it has been around 120 days and i did not receive my GC.  Is that is normal ?  i call USCIS and they keep telling me i have to wait.  please want your advice on this delay.  thank you guys.

It's been a month, still waiting for plastic GC.

 

Updating my timeline -- forgot that we paid the day after, not on the day I arrived.

 

POE (at DFW):  11/21/2021

Fee Paid:  11/22/2021

SSN Received:  11/29/2021

 

Still no plastic GC at the 60-day mark.  Online case status still says fee received.

No welcome letter. But I don't remember receiving one before my wife received her GC back in 2015 either.

As of 1/24/22, we're waiting on arrival of GC for both my parents. Situation is as follows:

 

POE: 7/15/21 Newark NJ

USCIS Immigrant Fee paid: 6/24/21

No update on USCIS case number since then

Waiting for GC to arrive.

 

Any advice how to follow up? This is now 7 months since entry and longer since USCIS Immigrant Fee was paid.

I would send an inquiry to USCIS to find out what's going on.
