Hello please could someone help me!!

I'm having so much trouble getting my Visa!!

Am I even doing this correctly? I am starting off with the DS 160 Application and its asked me for Application Receipt/Petition Number?? I dont have a clue what that is or where do get one? Please could someone help me.

Okay, you have some reading to do. Have you actually applied for a fiancé visa yet? If you haven't, my suggestion is to take a read of the guides section at the top for K1 or follow this link. Read through this carefully, it describes everything you will need to include along with the forms. http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide Once you've got your packet together with your fiance and the USC sends it off... refer to this guide for London-specific processes. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/474161-london-k1-a-complete-guide-do-not-post-questions-in-thread/

A DS-160 is a form that will not be completed yet. You'll have to eventually but you'll need to finish a lot of steps first. Such as: completing your first step - sending the I-129F packet, receiving your first notice that they have your packet, receiving an approval notice from the USCIS, having your case go to the NVC, having the case go to London, setting up your medical, additional forms & DS-160, and then finally your interview. Don't get ahead of yourself and read everything over with your fiancé. This process will take months.

Long journey when you submit the 129-f you should get your receipt number. However the 160ds is wats away you need to cross many hurdles first on here you can find out pretty much everything.

Please take some time to research the guides and learn the steps of the process. You cannot complete the DS160 until you have been approved and NVC assigns a case number.

First where are you in the process? Have you sent your I-129f packet in yet? Your timeline is incorrect so maybe start there. You have entered a receipt date of April 18. It's only the 16th.
