Wow, four months! Is that the norm?

Its normal, its not important, its belong to your local workload, my local is now taking 7 months for AOS so my case is normal b/c I am only over 5 months now. If possible can you file out your timelines please :)

Married on 10/08/2012

I-130 sent on 09/15/2013

Priority day is 09/16/2013

I-130 was approved on 11/15/2013

I did wait almost 2 years for my visa available to be able to send I-485.

AOS

I-485 and I-765 were sent on 05/29/2015

USCIS Received Date June 02, 2015 

A check of $1070 was cashed by USCIS Chicago on 06/08/2015

Biometrics Appointment on July 1st, 2015

EAD is approved on August 10th 2015 (73 days)

Received EAD card on August 19th 2015

Sent renew EAD on April 9th 2016

Got interview notice on March 30th 2016

USCIS received on April 11th 2016

Interview Scheduled on May 3rd 2016

Approved on the spot - Handed print out approval notice.

Received 10 years GC in hand on May 7th 2016

N-400 

Filed online on 02/02/2021

NOA online on 02/02/2021

Received NOA in mail on 02/10/2021

Reuse Biometrics NOA online 02/19/2021

Received  in mail Reuse Biometrics NOA on  03/01/2021

Interview Scheduled on 02/17/2022

Interviewed on 03/16/2022

Oath scheduled on 03/22/2022

Yes, I will update my timeline...our reciept date is June 18...and we had two RFEs theblast being recieved on Oxt 14, which was our last uodate until this morning when it changed to ready to be scheduled for an interview...I think Atlanta office is around 5 months...

Received a case update yesterday. They schedule me an interview on Dec 09. Waiting for the letter to find out exact time.

I had received a NPIW letter a while back, and today I received an email with the approval of my greencard. :)

The K1 journey:                                                                                                                             The AOS journey:

11/09/2013 - I-129F Packet mailed to Dallas Lockbox                                                                                         06/22/2015 - AOS packet mailed to Chicago Lockbox

02/14/2014 - Case shipped to Embassy, where it waited for over a year at my request                                 11/07/2015 - AOS approved (EAD and AP had already been approved) - there was no interview

05/21/2015 - Interview - Approved

10/12/2017 - ROC packet mailed to VSC

01/21/2019 - ROC Approved - there was no interview

 

The N-400 journey:

02/02/2021 - Interview & test - Approved

02/05/2021 - Oath Ceremony

I had received a NPIW letter a while back, and today I received an email with the approval of my greencard. :)

Congrats!

Did your status change online before you got the NPIW?....or were you still on Case received or whatever when you got the letter?

AOS is a pain, over 6 months for Houston now. My patience is run out. Wonder why AOS is taking so long now through entire US.

Status never changed from "Received your Fingerprint Fee" until now.

7 JUNE 2015 - AOS/EAD/AP PACKET SENT VIA NEXT DAY UPS
09 JUNE 2015 - RECEIVED NOA1--AOS/EAD/AP --> ROUTED TO NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER (priority date)
10 JUNE 2015 - RECEIVED NOA1--AOS/EAD/AP (priority date)
19 JUNE 2015 - BIOMETRIC LETTER RECEIVED
01 JULY 2015 - BIOMETRIC APPOINTMENT (WEDNESDAY)
02 July 2016 - Interview (acceptance) 
10 July 2016 - GC received (conditional)
31 March 2018 - I751 filed (removal of conditions)
10 April 2018 - NOA received for Removing of conditions.

My wife`s case is the same as yours waiting for the interview. We are based in Denver too.

Her biometric appointment was on July 30.

I do not want to disappoint you but we are April 1 filers, our status shows "As of July 5, blah blah" and still not notice of interview.

I-130 (as part of IR-5 process) - USCIS (Nebraska Service Center)

06/09/14 - sent I-130

06/14/14 - NOA 1

11/14/14 - NOA 2 (5 months)

AOS (Local Office: Denver)

03/24/15 - AOS packet sent via USPS Priority Mail (I-485, I-765 & I-131 w/ approved I-130)

03/26/15 - package delivered according to USPS website

04/01/15 - email notifying the AOS package has been received

04/02/15 - an AOS fee withdrawn from a bank account

04/09/15 - received hard copies of all three NOAs (NOAs dated 04/01/15)

04/28/15 - Biometrics

05/08/15 - online status changed to "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"

05/18/15 - online status changed to I-765 approved-wait the card in the mail (no change for I-131) (80 days)

05/19/15 - received EAD/AP in the mail

05/28/15 - online status changed to "As of June 28, case is ready to be scheduled for an interview." This is the second time of such change since 05/08/15.

07/05/15 - online status changed to "As of July 5, case is ready to be scheduled for an interview." How many times are they going to update that status, I wonder?

12/18/15 - still waiting!!! For almost 9 months now (261 days from AOS NOA, 234 days from Biometrics).

01/14/16 - submitted "out-of-normal processing time" inquiry and called USCIS that stated the case is still at NBC and "inquiry" should answer why there is such delay.

01/15/16 - 294 days since the AOS was received by the USCIS; 262 days from the biometrics.

01/28/16 - [day 309] received response to case status inquiry (processed on 01/23/15) - "your case is waiting to be scheduled for interview," so wait another 90 days [sigh].

02/21/16 - [day 332] interview scheduled for 03/24/16 [363 days from the receipt of petition].

02/24/16 - [day 363] AOS interview. Approval on the spot.

Hey guys,I have a good news too, who remember my story, my son got approved on October and it was no changes for my case, so I made a service request named "file separation" at the beginning of this month, and today I got a reply that my case was approved together with my son at the same day October 17th, they just forgot to update me in the system, and right after that I got a notice from my case status," Card being produced"! So happy, finally!

Now, just wondering which date will ba shown on my card Oct or today's date:))
