Hey everyone.

I decided to start a new thread for anyone filing AOS from K-1 this month. I mailed my application on May 27, I am now awaiting my NOA1. I Would love to start a discussion with others as they begin this process as well.

Got rejection notice on May 29, 2015 for an incomplete application

Receive rejected application on June 6, 2015

Resubmit June 8, 2015

Delivered June 9, 2015

NOA Date : 2015-06-16

Bio. Appt. : 2015-07-06

EAD and AP Approved Date : 2015-08-14

Date Combo Card Received : 2015-08-21 (Received my card about 6hrs apart on the same day they sent an e-mail that they shipped my card).

Receive Potential Interview Waiver Letter: September 9, 2015 sigh!!

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

18 Sep 2012 - First met in Bangkok

01 March 2015 - Decided to move to the States

29 May 2015 - Mailed I129F to CSC from Bangkok to San Francisco

Hi everyone ,we sent our AOS and EAD documents on May 26, they got it 29th, now waiting for email NOA1 , they cashed our checks yesterday! Hope will hear from them today or tomorrow:)

I'm anxiously waiting for my K1 visa to be issued and delivered, to book the flight and marry right after POE - with AOS packet to be sent straight away. Not technically a June filer yet but a very hopeful one, so, sticking around. :)

USCIS sent back my entire application and told me to resumbit it after correcting the reason for rejection. I just return from USPS so hopefully it will be delivered tomorrow.

Hi everyone! I was finally able to mail my I130, I485 and I765 on Thursday June 4th. Had a few worried days because the office was closed on Saturday when they tried to deliver and the tracking wasn't updating yesterday. My worry was that I would have to resend the package because there was a note on the tracking data that said that if it wasn't delivered on Monday it would be held at the post office for 15 days. After which, if not collected it would be returned to sender. By 5pm on Monday, with no change in the delivery status via phone and online and text tracking, I was convinced they would try to deliver after the office was closed and that I would have to send a fresh package on Tuesday morning. But thankfully, at 7pm the tracking info was updated to say it had been delivered at 11:09 Monday morning! sigh....

Waiting to receive the noa1 texts now. I'm praying that everything goes smoothly now. It had been informative and encouraging to read others' stories and it is also surprisingly comforting to start the process and share what;s been going on with me. It's just the beginning of the process but I have second-guessed myself so many times already!

Day 00 - 6/08/2015 - I130,I485,I765 Package delivered to Chicago lockbox

Day 01 - 6/09/2015 - USCIS records package is received (according to online case status check, though the NOA texts/emails weren't sent to me until 8 days later)

Day 09 - 6/17/2015 - Received text & e-confirmation of NOA. Case accepted & routed to USCIS National Benefits Center

Day 15 - 6/23/2015 - Received 797c NOA letters of receipt by snail mail

Day 22 - 6/30/2015 - Received biometrics appt letter

Day 29 - 7/07/2015 - Biometrics appt

Day 36 - 7/14/2015 - Received RFE for documents that were included and clearly labeled in application package. Will resend required information this week.
