Hey guys,I have a good news too, who remember my story, my son got approved on October and it was no changes for my case, so I made a service request named "file separation" at the beginning of this month, and today I got a reply that my case was approved together with my son at the same day October 17th, they just forgot to update me in the system, and right after that I got a notice from my case status," Card being produced"! So happy, finally!

Now, just wondering which date will ba shown on my card Oct or today's date:))

Congs Inna,

Finally waiting is over for you, I am happy for you too. Look back that's another mistakes by a USCIS IO when he forgot your case right behind your son. About mine, I am planning to submit a case inquiry at the beginning of December 2015 when my case is officially outside of normal processing time. I hope it will work.

Thanks!

Yep I did this service request or(inquiry), but I did it on the phone with immigration officer who filled everything on my behalf, I just gave him all my data he needed! It was easier for me cause I could explain my real concern!

Try to do this too the same way, call them and request for an inquiry, they will help you!

Good luck!

Our interview is next week, I am slightly nervous and I can't explain why. I know everything will be okay, but dang... this whole process is playing on my anxiety!

I know what you mean! We have a strong case and there shouldn't be any issues, but I can't help feeling anxious about the whole thing! I just hope I get a good IO next Monday!

Hi guys! Just an update to our case, might help with timelines and whatnot.

We filed in June, had RFE in July (my father's citizenship proof, I guess they couldn't access his military records because of clearance issues. They had no problem proving my mom's citizenship with military records).

Up until late November, the last status was RFE received, and then all of a sudden BAM, case approved. Card was mailed out within the week, we got it this past Monday.

We never had an interview OR an interview waiver letter. Was a bit shocked.

But they are getting them done! I know the people on this thread are waiting anxiously, but everyone will get approved, I can feel it. We all love our 'imports' (I use that term to kid around with my husband. He's top quality and can sometimes be expensive). ;)
