Oh thank you! I managed to find another guide, it is just not super detailed on the guide I was already on. I guess you have to look around and really rely on other users here! I would really like to try and plan a little but it seems impossible. I cannot figure out when the medical exam is, if we schedule or they do, if it can be done here, if they want translated medical records. Along with a host of other questions. I'm just trying to tread water here. Will call the NVC! Thank you for your advice!!

Medicals are your responsibility. doesn't really matter if they are translated or ot its sealed so its the medicals responsibility to make it lear. I am sure they have that figured out.

Everyone here have you gone to your info page here on VJ and checked some of the specifics about your embassy. Good information for you all.

Click on Portal tab and then Consulate Information on the right.

Yay!!! Got approval from Nebraska today!! man.. what an ordeal.. lol Now on to NVC! Woot!!

Congratulationn !!! So happy for you.

My husband called on Friday, Our case was sent to NVC on November 3rd, they received it on the 9th. However, they haven't assign us a number. So we are waiting for it.

[spoiler]Green card I-130:Wedding date January 16th,2015 I-130 sent: May 5th,2015 NOA1: May 7th, 2015 NOA2: October 23rd,2015 Sent to NVC Nov 3rd, 2015 Received at NVC on the November 9th,2015 NVC sent letter with Case number on December 2nd,2015 DS-261 on December 07th, 2015 Paid AOS fee on December 07th,2015 Paid IV fee on December 12th, 2015 Sent AOS and IV package on December 17th, 2015 Form Ds 260 submitted on December 21, 2015. (Delay due to Ds261 showing incomplete had to resubmit) Scan date: December 21st, 2015 Case complete: January 29th, 2016 Medical examination: March 4th, 2016 Interview: March 17th, 2016 at US Embassy in Paris - Approved ! March 18th, 2016 - CEAC shows visa ISSUED March 24th, 2016 - Visa received this morning Paid ELIS $165 fee + book flight on MArch 24th, 2016 POE Chicago on April 13th, 2016  Received green card on June 8th, 2016[/spoiler][/spoiler]

Congrats!!! -- still waiting here :( Site was updated today now servicing May 2nd my PD is May 27 so im almost at 6 months mark and cant make a case inquiry due to the may 2nd... I hope it comes soon havent seen my husband in almost a year come Jan...

Thank you for replying. Yes my PD is May 27th I called too and they said because they are working on May 2nd :( we are still in processing times. its hard I guess ours are on the bottom somewhere. Wish you a fast NOA2

Our petition was just sent last Thursday on the 19th so we will start calling them this week. NVC received your case on the 9th ... the C&IIN are usually already assigned on the second week at NVC.. when was the last time you called NVC? ...
