Our priority date was May 11th 2015 and today I checked my status and it shows for an RFE.

Below is the text at USCIS website:

On October 20, 2015, we mailed a request for additional evidence for your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number LINXXXXXX. The request for evidence explains what we need from you. We will not take action on your case until we receive the evidence or the deadline to submit it expires. Please follow the instructions in the request for evidence. If you do not receive your request for additional evidence by November 19, 2015, please go towww.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Our service center is Nebraska.Fingers crossed!! Any advise guys?

Hopefully you made a duplicate copy of exactly what you sent. Look over it. But really until you get the letter. Did you submit evidence to show bonafide relationship beyond a marriage certificate?

Good news for those waiting they are on May 11th week. So that's good.

I still have all the originals with me and can send the copies again. I did inclue a lot of pictures of our wedding ceremony as well as call logs from Viber and WhatsApp. Also added my wife to my Life Insurance policy and send them the official confirmation for that. But yeah gotta wait for the email.

One thing I'm happy about is that they finally opened the case :)

Most probably they gonna ask you for something you already submitted, or they might ask you to send a better passport size photo . Good luck .

That's the right attitude. Just wait for letter. I am sure its something simple. Let us know what it says when you get. :goofy:

I am sure it is nothing crazy, once you send them the info they asked for you should hopefully see an approval very shortly! I am rooting for my fellow FL/Canadians as that is our exact situaton as well. :)

My husband and I just got approved. Our PD is May 7th !!! 

[spoiler]Green card I-130:Wedding date January 16th,2015 I-130 sent: May 5th,2015 NOA1: May 7th, 2015 NOA2: October 23rd,2015 Sent to NVC Nov 3rd, 2015 Received at NVC on the November 9th,2015 NVC sent letter with Case number on December 2nd,2015 DS-261 on December 07th, 2015 Paid AOS fee on December 07th,2015 Paid IV fee on December 12th, 2015 Sent AOS and IV package on December 17th, 2015 Form Ds 260 submitted on December 21, 2015. (Delay due to Ds261 showing incomplete had to resubmit) Scan date: December 21st, 2015 Case complete: January 29th, 2016 Medical examination: March 4th, 2016 Interview: March 17th, 2016 at US Embassy in Paris - Approved ! March 18th, 2016 - CEAC shows visa ISSUED March 24th, 2016 - Visa received this morning Paid ELIS $165 fee + book flight on MArch 24th, 2016 POE Chicago on April 13th, 2016  Received green card on June 8th, 2016[/spoiler][/spoiler]
