Do I need to move myself for may filers? since they receive my pkg yesterday according to USPS... will be getting NOA in May, hopefully.

Okay that's a good idea, I didn't even know what Infopass was or that I could do that. How long should I give it before making an appointment? To maybe see if they'll cash the check? I can always bring the carbon copy of the check to show them if that would help.

As far ahead as you feel comfortable.

But if they won't do it, be prepared to change your flights. I wouldn't want you stuck outside the country. I suppose you could always have your spouse courier the NOA1 to you if you're outside the USA, but I know sometimes mail and courier between the USA can be super slow.

Sounds like your NOA date would be 05/01. If so, you are a May filer :)

4/18/15- Sent paperwork to California Service Center

4/20/15- USPS tracking: Documents delivered

4/30/15-Chek encashed

5/2/15- Received NOA :)

I have no words... I sent mine on 4/7. It's may now and our check still hasn't been cashed.

1/14/12 - I-129f sent to Dallas, TX, 1/18/12 - received by VSC
1/20/12 - NOA 1
7/19/12 - NOA 2 - YES AFTER 183 DAYS!!!
7/27/12 - NVC received
8/02/12 - Consulate received
8/23/12 - Medical exam appt
9/06/12 - Interview @ 9am - Approved! smile.png
9/28/12 - POE - Vienna - London - Philly

Wedding - 10/6/12 @ 1:30pm ET

AOS
10/20/12 - AOS sent to Chicago lockbox
10/26/12 - NOA1s for all 3 forms
11/28/12 - Biometrics appointment
12/29/12 - EAD & AP approved
01/08/13 - EAD combo card received

06/28/13 - AOS approved

Still no word on ours either ... we did receive a letter yesterday stating that they've changed Dave's address. I found out I have to submit an I-865 since I'm the sponsor.
