Seems like things really slowed down in April. I filed April 23rd, confirmed arrived on the 25th, but here we are May 6th and no NOA and the check has not been cashed yet. But i see that is now true of a lot of April filers so I will be patient. I filed on the first day of the 90 day window so i should have plenty of time.

Please add me to the list for Vermont also, thanks

Have any of you got biometrics notice if so after how many days? I received a letter on 25april uscis extended my green card to a year also states that I will receive biometric letter with case number. Nothing in mail. Just worried hope my mailman didn't misplaced it. ?????

Here is March Filers list as of today. Looks like CSC is little behind for sending Bio letter (or many local offices at CSC are busier than at VSC's)... :(

Just because your conditional green card expired doesnt mean you're not a permanent resident anymore, because you HAVE filed to remove the conditions before the expiration date. If you do not file in time then you do have trouble.

If you don't file in time there is a procedure.

If You Are Late In Applying To Remove The Conditions On Residence

If you fail to properly file Form I-751 within the 90-day period before your second anniversary as a conditional resident:

[*]Your conditional resident status will automatically be terminated and we will begin removal proceedings against you

[*]You will receive a notice from us telling you that you have failed to remove the conditions

[*]You will receive a Notice to Appear at a hearing. At the hearing you may review and rebut the evidence against you. You are responsible for proving that you complied with the requirements (we are not responsible for proving that you did not comply with the requirements)

The Form I-751 can be filed after the 90-day period if you can prove in writing to the director of the appropriate Service Center that there was good cause for failing to file the petition on time. The director has the discretion to approve the petition and restore your permanent resident status.
