Same same same (sent on 4/10)! We are getting ready to go out of the country on vacation too...greencard won't expire by the time we return but we're worried that the biometrics will be scheduled during our vacation time :ranting:

Take the dang money VSC! LOL

I have no words... I sent mine on 4/7. It's may now and our check still hasn't been cashed.

Sent my package mid-april and no NOA or check cashed yet (VSC). Just checking to see I'm not the only one. I'll probably have to add myself to the May filers list, then

One question, my Green Card is technically expired and I don't have the NOA yet. At what point do I start freaking out?

My NOA1 arrived today too!!! Finally!!

Like LA&JK and Mike-Ale NOAs mine it is dated 04/13/15 and I thought like LA&JK when I saw the date "yeah right"

They also haven't cashed my check.

I updated the list with mine LA&JK and Mike-Ale NOAs. I'm not sure if the list will update right because I use a tablet.

I'm glad things are moving again for those that have been delayed!! I think I just beat that slowdown!

Went and did my biometrics today in Greer, SC. Just like last time, they were super friendly... it cracks me up that they get you to fill out the survey form afterwards in pencil though. Easy to alter!

guys I am starting to panic a little. I sent mine on April 25th and the package arrived April 27th at the California Service Center. The issue is I have been offered a new job. My current green card runs out June 4th I am worried they won't understand the process and when I give them the details they will take the offer back.

What happens worst case scenario if I do not receive NOA1 by June 4th and my GC has expired? can I not work???

I am actually in a far worst situation than yours but somehow am not worried because am still within the 30days window. My package was delivered on April 27th and my Green card expired on May 3rd. No NOA, No 1yr Extension and my cheque hasn't been cashed. I called USCIS today and the agent said I had wait for 30days at the least before calling it in. I filed very late into the 90days window cos my hubby and I travelled home for my sister's wedding and his step mom's funeral. I just check my account everyday and of course the mail box daily hoping and believing something good will come out of this. Has anyone been in this position before - where your green card expired while you wait for USCIS's extension? Please just a word would help. Thanks a lot for all you guys do here...

I called USCIS today and the agent said I had to wait for 30days at the least before calling it in.
