Do not get me wrong here....but what you are asking in here is simply not right. 99% of people in here are folks who follow the law, do everything the LEGAL way. We all went through the hardship of doing so. You have chosen not to go the difficult way. And now you are asking us for a way to skip it all? I wish you all the best. But: you have to go home. To your family. And then try to come back. The LEGAL way. Wish you best of luck.

Probably the quickest path is for you to go home and save to send your children here to school. They may find a permenant path and can then petition you. By then your ban may have run out.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

No the US army does not grand Legal Permanent Resident Status, you in fact bi-pass the entire permanent resident - green card process and by the time you finish basic training you are a Naturalized Citizen.

You need to be a doctor able to practice medicine legally in the USA or have some serious language skills as well as being in the USA legally under very specific US visas.

Incorrect.

There is no way for a visa overstay to sign up for the military.

There is no path that allows the military to grant US citizenship to anyone, especially a visa overstay. You are misunderstanding the rule that allows LPRs to apply for expedited citizenship based on military service. There is NO WAY TO BYPASS THE NECESSITY TO BE AN LPR.

What does being a doctor have to do with anything? Where are you getting this?

Isn't DACA for children (less that 17yo or so)? OP is married with children.

Nope

Originally the age was 31? There abouts anyway.
