You need to go home and pursuit another route to legal US residency, if that is what you truly desire. I'm sorry, but you just have no right to be here. I truly empathize with your situation. I can't fault you for whatever you choose to do. Even if that is to stay here illegally and send money home to your family.

But as far as you getting right with the law and bringing your wife and family here legally...it is not going to be easy and will likely take a very long time.

the 10 year ban will start as soon as you leave the US. Your Visa will be cancelled. . You will need a waiver to return or wait out the 10 years and re-apply for a tourist visa. You cannot petition for family members when you are in the US on a B2 visa. Its a tourist Visa. You get to visit the US... that's it.. its not a free-for-all to bring family members here.

My husband overstayed his B2 visa. He had a 10 year ban. We had to fie an I-601 waiver so he could come back. It was expensive and it took a while. I don't see any options for you to even get a waiver as you aren't even married to a USC.

This is why the immigration system is so fouled up today; people who are taking advantage of the system. Do you realize how hard it is to get a B-1 visa for many countries? And yet, you abuse it like Visas grow on trees. How dare you use this forum to try to assist you in facilitating illegal activities. Go home. You have no path to legal status here. Why would you leave your kids and wife for seven long years, good lord! Is the American Dream that real and alive for you? Are you really having a life so great here that you left your family for SEVEN years?

Here is the best thing you can do, gather your money which you have saved, get back home and build a life for yourself in the country where you have legal rights. I am sure you can get your wife and kids to any city in India and give them a better life. India has a lot of jobs nowadays, people make good money there, western amenities which you are probably used to by now are available there as well. So, go home. That's the only way.

Call a us army recruiter tomorrow, ask if they still grant lpr status during enlistment. It was a big deal 3 years ago.

They can put you on the fast track to citizenship. They can't help you get LPR status.
