I think it's still to early to tell. Certainly too early for anything to be updated on the website.

I called and was told I wasn't transferred. They are being transferred out in batches, in TSC's usual disorganized "who the hell knows whats going on" fashion. Call if you want to, but don't be wholly disappointed if you are told no, Tier 1 officers apparently don't know their head from their behind and will start on their scripted answers for stuff you didn't even ask.

When filling in your timeline, please understand that all I-129F's are sent to the LOCKBOX in Texas, and then ROUTED (not transferred) to your ASSIGNED service center- the one in Texas "TSC" (not the same as the lockbox!), or the one in California "CSC". If your tracking number starts with WAC, you're at the CSC, you were not transferred! There are no transfers at this time. If your number starts with SRC you're at the TSC and that's where you will serve your entire sentence.USCIS isn't fair.

They don't care about you.

My fiancé just called them. It was a very long shot since we're February filers, but hey, you never know. Our case has not been transferred. At least not yet (oh, the never ending hope..) hahahahaha

Well, good luck to everybody, I really hope these transfers help out a lot of people.

They will take a while to initiate all the transfers. Try not to be disheartened because you didn't hear what you hoped for today. There may be more to be announced in the coming week or two.

I hope they do earlier months than december

Seems unfair to skip October and November entirely if they do

But when does it ever happen fairly!

Date Filed : November 12th

NOA : November 16th

Just called, Tier 1 only, no transfer (December 29th NOA-1).

Just the usual hotline BS - i.e. within normal processing times, all appears normal with the case, they will notify if transfers happen.

Didn't have high hopes to begin with, we continue waiting.

I just called and got the same response and I'm a December filer. Sounded like he was just reading the same screen I was seeing on my online account which doesn't show a transfer. Denied they were sending over a certain number of cases and said it's just done as needed, but I wouldn't put a lot of stock in tier 1 as others have said. I'm strangely optimistic though!

Could be a little early still. Hoping for the best for everyone.

Romans 8:28 - And we know that all things work together for the good of those who love God: those who are called according to His purpose.
Hebrews 11:6 - And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.

I think some November filers have been transferred. It probably is too early to tell. However, they are probably not going to send the entire month's worth of petitions for those months which are going to be transferred, so for those filers in potentially lucky months, it might still turn out to be a bit of a lottery.

It is definitely too early to tell. It just happened on Thursday evening. I would think today would be the orgnizational phase of the process and the begin of transfer as we can see. I'm not going to call this early. Perhaps by the end of the week or so. What number would I call? Wouldn't we get and automatic email/text if we were transferred anyway? Or at least our case status be updated on the system?

I think even the transfers of October, November, December filers is good news for us January and February filers because they'll get to us much quicker! Ultimately lessening the wait time for everyone. As we know - only time will tell.

Hi guys, sorry been busy but wanted to add... I was extrememly skeptical and asked the guy to confirm 3 times. He did say that it's all he can see because the system wasn't updated yet. He was not amazingly bright so it took sometime to get him to get what I was really asking. So although I'm happy, I am still wary. Until they push the updates through the system or there is a paper notice.......

11/15/2013- Met John

10/27/2014- Proposed

11/26/2014- Sent I-129F
