Hello everyone, we did send our AOS package with a lawyer , this is our timeline:

AOS send 12/11/14. (I-130 , i-765 , i-485 )

Received date 12/16/14 (NBC)

Notice date 12/20/14

Received 3 NOA hard copies 12/26/14

Since then i don't have any updates , online status is still on acceptance for all of them .i haven't receieved my biometrics letter yet, is this normal? How long does biometrics letter usually takes ??

Finger print appointment schedule received yesterday. Appointment on 1/16/2015.

Try going in early. This location is not always that busy. got our letter for appt on the 13th and walked in on the 5th didn't take 20 mins to complete. Good luck

Timeline

I sent my wife's package on 12-31 and received NOA1 on Jan 5th. Yesterday we received the hard copies for the 130, 131 and 765 but Ntoh the 485. Just wondering if you all received me for the 485 as well? The status said the fingerprint fee was accepted and the check was cashed.

Waint to get that one asap as we can use it to get her a drivers license here.

UPDATE: Last night i found in my mailbox my biometrics letter : Appointment for 01/21/14 3:00 pm

AOS send 12/11/14. (I-130 , i-765 , i-485 )

Received date 12/16/14 (NBC)

Notice date 12/20/14

Received 3 NOA hard copies 12/26/14

Received biometrics letter: 01/9/14 for (01/21/14)

Online status hasn't changed yet but i guess that's okay

Today, search from website, I find this RFE hix......hix.......

Request for Initial Evidence Notice Was Mailed

On December 31, 2014, we suspended processing of your case, Receipt Number MSC................., because we need more information from you. Your notice explains what we need from you to resume work on your case. We will not take action on your case until we receive the evidence or the deadline to submit it expires.
