Hey everyone! We sent off our AOS packet last Saturday (technically 11/29) - but as it was received on Monday 12/1 we're calling it December! Anyone else out there? We are adjusting off of a K-1 vi

Hi! I had my biometrics appointment last week. Does anyone know what happens next ? Is there a way to track this part of the process online?

I didn't. Instead I received a response to my SR asking to fax the proof of financial loss like a job offer. So yesterday, I faxed them my offer letter along with the letter they sent me. Hopefully my EAD will be approve very soon.

oh ok. from what i understand from your response, Financial Loss doesn't mean that your sponsor is not financially ok, it simply means you are getting offers but can't accept it because of your status, right?

Received the RFE today. The version of I864 form i used was out of date. Also, the are asking for marriage certificate but I already sent that in my original filing. So I sent it once again.

USPS delivered in Chicago - December 11

NOA1 - December 15

Biometrics - January 5

and now still waiting .... :whistle::whistle:

I am now start to wait the hard copy in the mail..so happy

Just got the biometric appointment in the mail:
