No update on my Case status yet.

Hmm...someone mentioned that RFE letter is issued before the biometrics letter is sent,

so since we completed the biometrics, we were thinking no RFE...but looks like RFE

can and has come after the biometrics.

BTW, what was the RFE about?

If they need additional evidence from you,or your application is lacking of some document..RFE stands for "Request For Evidence"

@ Pompes, how long after you sent the RFE response to USCIS did your status change on their website?

So...starting in February, we should start to see batches of EAD/AP approvals.

Got another letter from USCIS saying that they couldn't proceed with my Service Request to expedite my EAD because the I485 is on hold for additional evidence. They attached the I485 RFE to the mail. The mail date from January 20 while my RFE was received and the case resumed on January 21. I am not lucky.

Hopefully, next week they will approve. I also recontacted my congressman and he Call back USCIS, then they required that I signed consent form from me not my wife since I m the applicant of I765. What I did and sent back to the congressman office. They Confirmed to me that the SR have been resent. I am just waiting now.

Has anyone received any updates on advance parole and employment authorization? How long is this going to take? I feel in limbo. This is the status from USCIS website.
