I got a job offer and was able on 1/9/2015 to send a SR through USCIS hot line and Also through my congressman. Now I am waiting for USCIS response.

Call USCIS at 1-800-375-5283 and choose option 1 9 2 2 2. Clearly mention that you what to expedite your I765 application by sending a service request. The officer will ask you why do you want to expedite your case and will probably enumerate all the possible scenario. All you need to choose is this one "Severe financial loss...". BE CONFIDENT, ANY HESITATION WILL PLAY against you.
