If this was done before... I'm wondering why she hasn't changed her password(s) alarm codes, etc or if the person who sent it has free access to the home/computer/smart phone,etc. the email account was logged in from.

How is he gaining access to the account??

Could be an old phone that he has access to that still has email accounts setup because it was not wiped... or is he breaking into her home? Or does he have access to her home?? Old Keys?

Hacking/Cracking passwords isn't as hard as you think. (There are strong and fast programs) Change the passwords to something long and hard to break maybe even a passcode/passphrase.

Change or Delete the email account to a new one... or a different provider.

You need to consider many things...

When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

IFthey call her???? She's not going to call them in advance and "nip it in the bud"??

How is she going to explain away an email that they currently have fromHER email account?? and the IP address IS recorded in the Header of the email IF they want to take it that far... to prove a lie.

It is not that the US government has to disprove that YOU have a valid relationship... it is that YOU HAVE TO PROVE THAT YOU DO!

Its your wife who is sending those emails because you two are no longer in a relatioship and you went anyways to the interview pretending you two are happy couple????

Since we got such great help on this site, I return almost daily to see if there is anything I can do to give back. And I know LOTS of you guys do the same thing. Whats happening here is disrespectful and just impertinent!

OP totally forgot to mention that his wife wants a divorce and that she thinks OP is using her. That she does NOT want to be in a relationship with OP. Did you even read what your wife posted? This is just a bunch of s**t mate! I seriously couldn't care less about how much the email-adress was NOT hacked and I mean no insult. All I want is these nice people here to stop worrying about your literally transparent case and stop investing time in trying to help you.

If she says that you are using her and she still helps you and you still try to get over here there are only two words to say: FU****NG FRAUD.

And you're wondering why your interview was so bad? Man....

Wow, she already wanted to end the marriage 1 year ago? I am not in the position to judge who's to blame, but if she has really felt used by him, it seems like that e-mail totally came from her.
