Hello,

I am writing this to see if I can get the best answers for my situation. I have been talking to a Filipino female everyday (night) for about 2 1/2 years and finally got to meet her in Cebu from March and April of this year. We are in the process of getting all of our information sent in including the I-129F form and Letters requested. However about two weeks ago after coming back home, I found out that she was about two weeks pregnant. She went to the doctors and the doctor wrote up a confirmation letter with ultra sound letter for proof. If anybody can help me with how about I get this request for expidition, that would be very appreciated.

Thank you,

Kevin Vincent

Pregnant, Two weeks, and you just got home...hmmmm! You were only there 4 weeks.....hmmmmm! Anyway, you cannot expedite being pregnant, and if she delivers in Cebu, child is a US citizen after filing paperwork.

I never got an expedit to my husband when I was pregnant and he's military...he missed pretty much all the pregnancy, the birth and 4 out of 7 months....but you can try.

Right now the only expedite I know of are Yolanda victims. You can try but your chance of succeeding is about the same as getting hit by an asteroid.

Pregnancy does not qualify for an expedite.

Yep no expedite possible

And the Embassy could require a DNA test to determine parentage since the visit/pregnancy timeline might be suspicious.

Did you two do something during visit?

You'd need a notarized letter from the father to allow a child to leave and permanently live in the US.

Just so sad to hear it might be another scam happened. I am under K1 visa and my fiance visit me on April. I am 2 weeks late from my period but that is still not indicate anything. You have to wait at least about 5 weeks late to see if she is pregnant. Well..maybe if she pregnant, she COULD be pregnant by anyone else. Maybe she just want to use you for green card :(

Just for your safety, DO NOT apply any visa before she can proof that the baby is yours. Period.

Your name might as well be Kenny Loggins, because you're in the DDDAAANNNGGGEEERRR ZZZOOONNNEEE.

Steps of a good scam: Have USC visit, have a doctor friend of the family "certify" a pregnancy, manipulate the USC into filing paperwork to bring her to the US, get pregnant, come here and file a VAWA for a green card.

I would insist on a DNA test, if nothing else.

Regardless, pregnancy is no reason for an expedite.

now I can't get that song out of my head :dancing::dancing::dancing:
