Having ineligible signatures on a petition can invalidate the whole thing

Anyways tese never get past 1000 signatures or so It is like the 10th one on VJ this month

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

We would need a lot of media attention to get this to work. Also, the ways it's written is terrible. Who here knew what an I-130 was before they got into this mess? Pop quiz, do you know that an I-824 is? No? Then why would a normal American who never leaves the country, much less marries a foreigner in their country, know what an I-130 is? This plagiarizes my letter to the USCIS I put on their "Idea" website, that pisses me off so much.

I-130 Sent: 11 November 2013

I-130 1st i-797(NOA-1): 12 November 2013, Vermont (Dis-)Service Center (1 day in transit)

I-130 2nd i-797(NOA-2): 30 May 2014, Vermont (Total Dis-)Service Center (199 days in USCIS hell)

I-30 Received at NVC: 11 June 2014 (11 days in transit)

NVC Case # Assigned: 27 June 2014 (15 days to case number assigned)

DS-261 Completed: 15 July 2014 (18 days to DS-261 available)

AOS Fee Bill Paid: 17 July 2014

AOS Fee Bill Shows "Paid": 22 July 2014

AOS Package Sent Out:23 July 2014

AOS Package Recieved: 28 July 2014

DS-260 Completed: ?

IV Fee Bill Paid: ?

November 2014 USCIS Spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aqgp_fafY_R6dFI3cDREc2tNWV9qV09mMzN3WXR2dEE&usp=sharing#gid=3

You copied a draft from another Senior member without consensus and without approval.

Putting it out there without advice and consent and then asking VJers to care isn't a solid strategy.

There is no way you'll get that many signatures in 29 days.

Folks on here who've tried this exact same thing before (and failed) would have told you that this tactic is useless.

Who are you posting this for ?

Your target audience on VJ already knows all this.

This was a sloppy half hearted effort - randomly posting links wont get us 170,000+ signatures

The only way to get this moving is to file a class action against the Obama administration. A court case with the petitioners being US citizens who rights are being violated because of Obama's executive order DACA is the best way to go. It's an election year and immigration is a hot topic. The court case will get huge media attention.
