So I got the biometrics letter yesterday in the mail with an appointment date set to March 11, too long of a wait soo....today I went to the my local office in Santa Ana, CA and did an early walk-in. It worked! good.gif They didn't even look at the date and I´ve got my biometrics done! :)

I have been tracking filers from other months pretty closely everyday and by the looks if it, the applications that were received by the USCIS between the 16th Jan to 23rd Jan are getting acceptances

Yey got the bio appt dated Mar 11

Feb. 2013 - First conversation ( we met through a friend )
Mar 26, 2013 - First meeting in person, Manila
April 06, 2013 - He went back to US
April 15, 2013 - I-129F sent to USCIS
April 17, 2013 - I-129F delivered
April 19, 2013 - NOA1
April 23, 2013 - Alien Registration Number was changed
June 17, 2013 - Second Visit
July 31,2013 - RFE
August 06, 2013 - Return to US
August 08, 2013 - RFE reply sent. ( next day delivery service)
August 09, 2013 - RFE response received
August 13, 2013- APPROVED!
12nn - Received an email from Representative Staff that our petition is approved already. ( w/ email from USCIS officer )
8pm - Received email confirmation about the approval & Online Status Updated.
August 14,2013- got my BC & Cenomar ( waited 5mins for BC & almost 1 1/2hr for Cenomar)
August 15, 2013 - got my NBI ( total processing time from step 1 to releasing 1 1/2hrs)
August 23,2013 - CFO Attended, Got GCC. Sticker to follow.
Sep 18, 2013 - Got MNL Case # via Phone & Paid Visa Fee @ BPI
Sept 23, 2013 - Medical PASSED - 1 Day Only

Sep 24, 2013 - Case status " READY"
Oct 07, 2013 - Interview - APPROVED
Oct 08,2013 - Status changed AP then ISSUED

Oct 10, 2013 - Status @ 2go site - HOLD for Pick up

Oct. 16, 2013 - US Entry @ LAX

Oct. 18, 2013 - Printed I-94

Oct. 29,2013 - Applied Marriage License & SSN
Nov. 25, 2013 - Wedding @ San Diego

sent AOS form 18 feb 2014 just got text on mobile phone of enotification on 25 midnight , Do they working til night time lol

now waiting for hard copy and biometrics. That mean I wait for 8 days after sent AOS form. and my case B2 visa .

FEB05/2014 - PACKAGE ARRIVED/SIGNED FOR, CHICAGO

FEB18/2014 - REJECTION PACKAGE IN MAIL (CHEQUES DATED WRONG oops8rh.gif )

FEB19/2014 - RESUBMIT PACKAGE 1-DAY EXPRESS TO CHICAGO

FEB20/2014 - PACKAGE ARRIVED/SIGNED FOR, CHICAGO

FEB27/2014 - TEXT&EMAIL NOTIFICATION, CHEQUES CASHED

Hello! We send aos and I know that they received it last Monday. I wonder how long does it take to cash the check? How long did you wait to cash it? It is third day now.

I sent my package 19th, they received it on 23rd then i received an email and check was encashed on 26th :)

I read somewhere that if you look the back of your cashed check should have your case number, then you can check status online!

Jan/23 2013 : I-129F received at USCIS, Lewisville, TX
Jan/25 2013 : NOA1 received - California Service Center
Jan/30 2013 : A# changed
Feb/1 : NOA1 hard copy received

May/2 : Touched

May/22: NOA2 text

May/25: NOA2 hard copy received

Jun/10: Case arrived at the NVC (took 13 business days)

Jun/13: Case is out to Lima Embassy!

June/21: Lima Embassy received it! changed from "in transit" to ready!

August/5 : Interview approved!

October/19: Got married

AOS Timeline:

Feb/14 2014: AOS packet sent out to Chicago Lockbox

Feb/17 2014: USPS webpage updated as packet received in Chicago

Feb/18 2014: Travel and work permit received

Feb/21 2014: I-485 doc received

Feb/24 2014: Got a text and email

Feb/27 2014: Got NOA1 hardcopies

March/3 2014: Received biometrics letter.

March/19 2014: Biometrics appt

April/28 2014: EAD/AP combo approved and mailed

May/5 2014: EAD received

I read somewhere that if you look the back of your cashed check should have your case number, then you can check status online!

I tried to look it up, apparently they transmitted the checks into debit authorization, so I can't look at copy of the checks on my online bank account.

They cashed my checks 9 days later after they received the applications.

AOS Timeline:

02/15/14 : Sent

02/25/14 : Checks cashed

03/03/14 : NOA1 Hard Copy & Biometrics appointment Received for 03/20/14

03/11/14: Walk in Biometrics succesfull

Now waiting for bio apt next week !!!
