Hi everyone - Good luck to you all & fingers crossed for a speedy process! I'm sure we can all use it :)

I'm a February AOS filer (Feb 14) and received an e-mail notification yesterday evening (Feb 23). On a Sunday evening! Not sure how that's possible, but hey, any notification is welcome.

The cheque hasn't been cashed yet, but I'm guessing this will happen soon.

Hi guys, I did not send a I-765 form (application for EAD) with my whole package. Damn, double checked all the information on the instruction forms and really thought I had everything that was needed and thought the EAD comes automatically with the Greencard approval :(

Will this jeopardize the whole process? What would be best to do? Thanks for the advice!

You can file it separately along with your I-797C notice of action that you received for filing the I-485. Read through the instructions of I-765 just to make sure you include everything they need. It will not jeopardize your Adjustment of process status. Hope this helps.
