Hello FEBRUARY FILERS! I would like to just inform you that at 1am I received a text message statin ghtat they have received and accepted out I485 and Our EAD they sent me the receip number and I am able to see them on the website! I just wanted to update everyone. yous is coming too! smile.png Good luck to everyone. Now we have to wait for the NOA1 for both on the mail.

I have been tracking filers from other months pretty closely everyday and by the looks if it, the applications that were received by the USCIS between the 16th Jan to 23rd Jan are getting acceptances

Received e-notification yesterday on the 13th of February with three separate receipt numbers:

"On February 13, 2014, your fingerprint fee was accepted and we have mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case"

Are you all ready for the biggest laugh of your lives?

I have got to be the biggest idiot on the planet right now. I've been going crazy about my file. It was received on Feb 5 and until today, I hadn't heard anything. I called uscis this morning and had them file an inquiry about my application bc even they agreed it's a bit unusual to go 2 weeks without an email response.

Well, the mail came. Rejected application. Why? I'm apparently still living in 2013. My cheques were dated 2013.

I took this opportunity to re-check everything and will be sending it out again, via 1-day express, tomorrow morning.

Got our sms notification monday night for aos, ead and ap. I sent the packet feb 7 via priority mail and was delivered feb 10.

Feb. 2013 - First conversation ( we met through a friend )
Mar 26, 2013 - First meeting in person, Manila
April 06, 2013 - He went back to US
April 15, 2013 - I-129F sent to USCIS
April 17, 2013 - I-129F delivered
April 19, 2013 - NOA1
April 23, 2013 - Alien Registration Number was changed
June 17, 2013 - Second Visit
July 31,2013 - RFE
August 06, 2013 - Return to US
August 08, 2013 - RFE reply sent. ( next day delivery service)
August 09, 2013 - RFE response received
August 13, 2013- APPROVED!
12nn - Received an email from Representative Staff that our petition is approved already. ( w/ email from USCIS officer )
8pm - Received email confirmation about the approval & Online Status Updated.
August 14,2013- got my BC & Cenomar ( waited 5mins for BC & almost 1 1/2hr for Cenomar)
August 15, 2013 - got my NBI ( total processing time from step 1 to releasing 1 1/2hrs)
August 23,2013 - CFO Attended, Got GCC. Sticker to follow.
Sep 18, 2013 - Got MNL Case # via Phone & Paid Visa Fee @ BPI
Sept 23, 2013 - Medical PASSED - 1 Day Only

Sep 24, 2013 - Case status " READY"
Oct 07, 2013 - Interview - APPROVED
Oct 08,2013 - Status changed AP then ISSUED

Oct 10, 2013 - Status @ 2go site - HOLD for Pick up

Oct. 16, 2013 - US Entry @ LAX

Oct. 18, 2013 - Printed I-94

Oct. 29,2013 - Applied Marriage License & SSN
Nov. 25, 2013 - Wedding @ San Diego

Jan/25 2013 : NOA1 received - California Service Center
Jan/30 2013 : A# changed
Feb/1 : NOA1 hard copy received

May/2 : Touched

May/22: NOA2 text

May/25: NOA2 hard copy received

Jun/10: Case arrived at the NVC (took 13 business days)

Jun/13: Case is out to Lima Embassy!

June/21: Lima Embassy received it! changed from "in transit" to ready!

August/5 : Interview approved!

October/19: Got married

AOS Timeline:

Feb/14 2014: AOS packet sent out to Chicago Lockbox

Feb/17 2014: USPS webpage updated as packet received in Chicago

Feb/18 2014: Travel and work permit received

We sent aos packet on 18 feb cos 17 is post office closed from president day.

I hope today I got enotification on email.

so exciting.. for all processing will start . Hope everything go short processing and smooth way.
