I have been tracking filers from other months pretty closely everyday and by the looks if it, the applications that were received by the USCIS between the 16th Jan to 23rd Jan are getting acceptances

Did you recieve it in mail or email? Did they cash your check already? Or how long after you send it they cashed it?

Feb 7- delivered

Feb11- received message from uscis thru text at 1am

Feb15- received NOA1 hard copy

Feb25- receievd biometrics appointment letter

Mar 7- biometrics/fingerprints

Wow guys you gt hard copy in 7 days after receiving! It 7 days for me now and they didn't even cashed the check!

I am on same boat, when did they receive your package? I am hoping i receive something today

They received it last Monday. I didn't send e notification so I am concerned.

They received mine last tuesday and i have not received an e notification yet either, i woulnt be too worried, seems like it varies from 4 days to 10 days to get an E-notification

Yes but I did not send the me notification so I am checking thru bank if they cashed or I can wait for mail.

IF they cash your check mean they accepted from what i ve heard. Well keep me posted cause we have same timeline ..

Hi everyone, I sent my package on the 19th Feb, got to Chicago Lock box on Friday the 21st but I still haven't received any notice from USCIS yet...:( I'm so nervous.

By the way, I'm adjust from B2 visa.

Good luck for all of us!:)

Day1: 2014/02/19: AOS package sent

Day6: 2014/02/24: USCIS got my package

Day16: 2014/03/06: hard copy of NOA1 for I130,485 and 765 arrived. Dated 26 Feb tho.

Day18: 2014/03/08: hard copy biometric appointment letter arrived. Appoinment on the 24th March.

Email..i did sent 3 g1145, e-notification...one for each application... i checked the bank account,and the money was cashed today.

My timeline:

-sent package on febr 20th

-received at chicago lockbox on febr 24th

-noa1 received yesterday, march 02nd :)

Got bio appointment today 3 march take only 2 days from got hard copy on mail wow so fast.

appointment on 20 march but my husband work , will try to walk in on Saturday .

Got my hard copy NOA1 for all 3 applications and the biometrics appointment....YAAAYY....funny things was I never received the e-notifications.

Will try to do walk in this week.

03/03/14 : NOA1 Hard Copy & Biometrics appointment Received for 03/20/14

Does the USC need to be present for biometrics or can I go alone?

No, mine wasn't allowed in so he waited outside. I did an early walk-in, I would recommend it. Don't know if it speeds up the case, but at least your done with biometrics ;)
