NVC doesn't know how to process this new form and all that are submitted are placed on hold, soo as of now now send the old version

My AOS is on hold nowmad.gif...

Just got off the phone with homeland security their telling me they don't know why NVC is telling me this just the format has changed and they will contact them and let me know in 3 to 5 days..

vj terminology to know

NOA = notice of action :P

ISO = immigration service officer

NBC = (same as MSC)national benefits center

RFE = request for evidence

I agree ! I sent the prior version, and NVC handled it lickety-split !!! Course, I'm prepping a new one for my wife, to hand carry on interview day.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

oh my godddddd !!!

cant believe this happened !! they create some kind of forms that they cant even handle it and dont know about it !!!!!!! wowwwww!!!!

i wonder how long it can stay on hold !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mine too.. AOS on hold..NVC can not give me a definite timeframe as to when they will review my AOS packet.. cray5ol.gif
