well it kinda might??? depending on how long yall have been together and if he impregnated her during your alls relationship.. cause it would be kind of weird to prove that he's in love with you.. you know what i mean?

but then again, idk, just a wild guess.

Please save any harsh comments.

My husband sadly got someone else pregnant the child isnt born yet bt i want to know if him having that kid could affect his chances of possibly getting a visa?

does he want to also bring the baby with him? will you be disclosing this in your interview? i mean unless u tell them how will they know.

i was thinking AOS wasn't sure if on the I-129F you have to list your kids also.

So yes it would be a problem since you suppose to show you are in a bona fide relationship leading to marriage.

He can declare the child on all the forms.

Bottomline is if you want your husband to get the visa, might as well be there on the interview. If asked about the infidelity at least you as the petitioner can personally vouch that you know about it and you still want the marriage to work.

If all else fails, file for divorce and move on. Good luck.

I assume the child was conceived during the time you have been together/ married? Will the child be born by the time he has his interview? If not, he technically doesn't need to mention it, though if I was you I'd write a letter that you are aware of the pregnancy and ok with it, in case they found out and confront him at interview, so he can show him the letter then. If the child is born by interview time, he needs to declare it. Yes, it may affect his chances somewhat, as it puts the bonafides of your marriage into doubt.

BTW, you may want to request DNA test on the baby once born- even if there is a chance it is his, it may not be, the mother may just say it is definitely his because she knows he is about to go to the USA....

Agreed, it could definitely be a problem as it kind of makes for a tough case of a bona fide relationship. As mentioned how long you have been together and extra circumstances may make it easier.. or more difficult - no one can say without knowing all the facts. Bottom line is it will be best to be prepared and ready for the questioning. The suggestion of you being there is a good idea as you can show your sincerity about the situation and how you feel regarding it. That would most likely beat a written statement any day.

it might or might not esp if that baby's mom when crazy and basted him to the immigration..

and

it might in your relationship w/him. but seems that you been handling this situation in mature way. i know it's not the baby's fault.

let just hope that he won't do it again. goodluck!!!!

From what I've read it's a 10 year ban for the deportation and if a crime was committed that led to the deportation then it's a 20 year ban.

I'd check with an attorney.

Good luck...
